Texvo ("we", "us", "our") operates texvo.org and the EsDevelopers academic-support service (esdeveloper.in) and related Instagram/Facebook (@es_developers) and WhatsApp channels. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, Instagram/Facebook handle.
- Your request details: subject, assignment/coursework requirements, deadlines, files you send us.
- Messages & interactions: the content of messages you send us via Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, our website forms, and comments on our social posts. When you message our Instagram/Facebook accounts, Meta provides us your message content and your platform-scoped user ID so we can reply.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
- Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited, device/browser) via cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the academic-support services you request.
- To send a reply to your Instagram/Facebook message directing you to our support channel (e.g. WhatsApp) and to answer your questions.
- To process payments, deliver work, and provide support and revisions.
- To improve our services and respond faster.
We do not use your messages for advertising and we do not sell your data.
3. Meta platform data (Instagram & Facebook)
When you contact us on Instagram or Facebook, we access your messages and comments through Meta's official APIs solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. We only access data for accounts that contact us first. Our use of information received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We retain this data only as long as needed to assist you (see Retention).
4. How we share information
We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (payment processors, hosting, communication tools) under confidentiality obligations, only as needed to deliver our service.
- Legal authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your enquiry and message data only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights & data deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To do so, message us on WhatsApp (+91 62947 45109) or email [email protected]. We will action deletion requests within 7 days.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
8. Cookies
We use essential and analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
Our services are intended for users aged 16+ (or the age of majority in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age.
