These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of texvo.org, the EsDevelopers service (esdeveloper.in), and our related channels (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Texvo ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide academic support and learning assistance — including research, drafting guidance, tutoring, coding help, editing, and reference materials — to help students understand their subjects and improve their work.
2. Academic integrity
Our materials are provided for research, reference, and learning purposes. You are responsible for using them in accordance with your institution's academic-integrity policies. You agree not to present our reference materials as your own original work where prohibited. We are not responsible for any academic misconduct arising from misuse of our materials.
3. Orders, payments & delivery
- Quotes are agreed before work begins. Payment terms are typically 50% in advance and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
- We aim to deliver by the agreed deadline. Delivery times depend on scope and the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Prices are as quoted at the time of order.
4. Revisions & refunds
- We offer free revisions for work that does not meet the agreed requirements, within a reasonable period after delivery.
- Refunds (full or partial) are considered case-by-case where we are unable to deliver as agreed. Refunds are not provided for completed work that meets the agreed brief, or where requirements were misstated.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete requirements and any materials needed.
- Communicate deadlines honestly and promptly.
- Use the Service lawfully and not for any prohibited purpose.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Texvo unless stated otherwise. Deliverables prepared for you are licensed to you for the agreed purpose upon full payment.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your information and the details of your requests confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for academic outcomes, grades, or decisions made by your institution. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Termination
We may suspend or decline service for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
