Questions, answered

Which countries do you support?

Primary markets: Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, the UK, the US, and India. We prioritise English-speaking job markets across the EU and other countries supported on request — tell us your target country during application.

Do you offer visa support?

We provide profile guidance and employer matching for visa-eligible roles (Blue Card, Skilled Worker, post-study work permits, H-1B sponsors, etc.) — but we are not legal visa advisors. For legal filings you should engage a qualified immigration lawyer.

What's your refund policy?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you're charged only for completed cycles and keep all deliverables produced. Upfront 3- and 6-month packages are refundable pro-rata in the first 14 days. After 14 days, completed deliverables are non-refundable.

How are mentors selected?

All mentors are senior professionals currently working at, or recently placed at, target companies in your country. You're matched with a mentor whose track record overlaps with the roles you're applying for.

What's the difference between the Standard and Tech plans?

Both plans cover the full CV rebuild, LinkedIn optimisation, application tracking, and mock interviews. The Tech plan additionally includes 2 real, deployed GitHub portfolio projects with READMEs — designed for software, data, and ML graduates whose recruiters expect a portfolio link.

How long until I land a job?

Most students see callbacks within 4–6 weeks of completing the CV + LinkedIn rebuild. Time-to-offer depends on your target market, role seniority, and how aggressively you apply — but we stay with you weekly until you land.
